Dr. Guillermo Francisco Rosales Magallanes is a distinguished pediatric infectious disease specialist with extensive experience in clinical practice, education, and research. He earned his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), where he completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine in Mexicali. Dr. Rosales further honed his skills through specialized training in Clinical Pediatrics at UABC’s General Hospital in Mexicali and subsequently pursued advanced studies in Infectious Diseases at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the Federico Gómez Children's Hospital in Mexico City.
To complement his clinical expertise, Dr. Rosales obtained a Master’s degree in Health Services Management from the Instituto Suizo de Puebla, demonstrating his commitment to improving healthcare systems and patient outcomes. His dedication to lifelong learning is underscored by his certification from CONOCER (Secretaría de Educación Pública) in ECO 217.01 and ECO 301, which reflects his proficiency in educational standards and curriculum development.
Currently, Dr. Rosales serves as a practicing clinician and researcher at the Centro Médico de Especialidades en Enfermedades Infecciosas in Mexicali, Baja California.
