Paulo Moreira Paulo holds a PhD from the University of Manchester (England), Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health in Healthcare Management and Public Health,

In China, currently, Paulo is Director of the International Healthcare Management Research and Development Centre at Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital (First Affiliated Hospital to Shandong First Medical University) and Visiting Professor at several universities in China and in Europe. Edito-in-Chief of the International healthcare Review.
